Service Level Scorecard

The CVS Store
Brands Scorecard is a monthly overview of a supplier's performance from CVS' metrics. Its intent is to provide a means for both CVS and the supplier to identify issues, opportunities, and drive improvement across the supply chain.

Key Elements of the Scorecard include:

  • End of Month (EOM) Service Level Summary
  • Out of Stocks by DC by Sku
  • Open PO's 10 days past due STA date

Suppliers will receive their scorecards via email during the second week of the new month following the CVS fiscal month end. Each supplier will be notified if they have fallen below the service level expectation.

Suppliers not meeting CVS' S/L goals during the month will be asked to provide a root cause analysis as to what drove the lower than expected service.

The current Supplier Scorecard will further be enhanced in 2007 to include First Time Fill Rate and On time Delivery Metrics.
